Bringing a Decentralized AI Agent Marketplace to Life

In just one week, I helped bring SwarmZero’s vision to life by creating bold visuals, a seamless and scalable UI, and iterating rapidly to deliver a polished proof-of-concept. This design laid the foundation for their successful Alpha launch at ETHDenver, attracted early users and investors, and secured a spot in a startup incubator.

Project Overview

SwarmZero is creating a decentralized AI agent marketplace designed for secure, trustless collaboration. As they prepared for their Alpha launch at ETHDenver, they needed a compelling proof-of-concept interface and a visual identity that would resonate with a technical, developer-focused audience and attract investor interest within a tight five-day deadline.

Approach

The goal was to deliver something visually bold, technically credible, and built for growth. I worked closely with SwarmZero’s founder through focused workshops and async collaboration on Discord. The result was a high-impact visual identity and a modular, high-fidelity interface designed to showcase early product thinking.
The design language drew inspiration from swarm intelligence and natural systems. Hexagonal grids and a subtle bee motif conveyed structure, collaboration, and distributed logic. A dark-mode UI paired with a vivid palette of yellow, orange, silver, and black created a tech-forward look aligned with developer culture and the Web3 space.

Process

1. Discovery

We kicked things off with a fast discovery sprint and collaborative brand workshop. We aligned on a tone that felt bold, intelligent, and ahead of the curve. The focus wasn’t on building a full design system but rather a lightweight identity to support early-stage storytelling and product conversations.

2. Logo and Identity Design

The logo needed to reflect SwarmZero’s core concepts: distributed systems, trustless collaboration, and modular intelligence. I designed a hexagon-based mark to suggest agent networks and hive-like coordination.
Combined with confident typography and a high-contrast palette, the identity was designed to be bold, distinct, and immediately recognizable, especially in developer and crypto-native contexts.

3. UI Design

Working from founder-provided wireframes, I translated key screens into a polished proof-of-concept UI. The goal wasn’t to map full product flows but to communicate vision, structure, and scalability. Where needed, I applied product thinking and UX sensibility to refine and expand concepts.
Key views included:
Agents Hub dashboard
Swarming interface for orchestrating multi-agent behaviour
Create agent
Agent chat and collaboration tools
Each screen was designed to feel intentional and real while remaining flexible enough to scale as the product evolved.

Solution

In just five days, I delivered a cohesive brand identity and high-fidelity UI that helped bring SwarmZero’s product vision into focus. The design prioritized clarity, modularity, and boldness, tailored to a technical audience and built for early-stage traction.
A memorable and future-ready brand identity
A UI designed for developer engagement and technical storytelling
A visual foundation that helped drive product conversations and pitch momentum

Impact

SwarmZero launched at ETHDenver, where the project attracted early adopters and gained visibility in the Web3 and AI space. The work supported investor conversations, led to increased user interest, and contributed to their acceptance into a startup incubator.

Inga produced high-quality designs and branding for our alpha release. She helped us discover what kind of brand we wanted to build and how the UI screens should look. I recommend her design services and would be happy to collaborate with her again.
