Prio, a comprehensive time-tracking and payments software, sought to empower business owners by developing a platform that makes managing remote workers easier. My role was to take the frustrations of remote team managers and owners and build ways to improve their business production. Users of Prio can manage time, use analytics to track invoiced work, configure different rates per project, and schedule rate changes. It also provides a clear perspective of cost and income each week to safeguard the company's margins.
