Overview
Subscription-based agency is a new trend of running a service agency by defining certain packages to subscribe to and rules to follow. This allows SBA to run their business in a scalable way.
But, managing multiple clients, sending invoice, and manage teammates became hassle. That's why Epsilon come as a solution.

Subscription Based Agency
Unlimited tasks/projects within the subscription period
Limited assigned task (usually 1-2 tasks at a same time)
High involvement of client in submitting the tasks
Async first workflow to minimize meeting hours
One of the interesting things about subscription-based agencies is they work in their own rule. The workflow is made simple.
Project Scoping
The design will be cover for 2 sides:
Client and agency.
The main selling point here is the ability to manage tasks from multiple different client while having each client creating their own list on their side.
Workflow
Every task ideally should be created by the clients.
They can pile up the task on “Queue” board. Until it was dragged to “Active”, then the agency will start working on it.
Agency will update progress through comments and platform chat communication.
Client can review and move to done when they satisfied.
