A WhatsApp number that answers in seconds, at any hour. It reads what the message is actually about, offers three concrete slots from the live diary, and one digit back books the appointment — confirmed, held, reminded. No app to install, no login, no phone tag.
How it decides
Pain comes before the service list. "Hurting badly since last night" is never filed as a routine check-up, whatever else the message says. Morning, evening or "any time" — it offers what the person asked for, not the first three gaps it finds. And when there is no phone number on file, it asks for one inside the same message.
What happens after the booking
A reminder goes out an hour before the slot. Reply R and the appointment moves instead of quietly turning into a no-show. Missed anyway? The next two open gaps are offered on their own, before anyone at reception has noticed the hole in the diary.
Under the hood
Built on n8n with the WhatsApp Business API and Google Calendar. The rules sit on a canvas you can read and change — no black box, no AI guessing, no cost per message. When something breaks, it says so out loud instead of failing quietly.
See it run
The first scene of the clip above is this exact flow, recorded from screen output — the message about the aching tooth, three offered slots, one digit back, booked. Real flows, not mockups.

A WhatsApp message becomes a booking with three real times, then reminders the day before and an hour before, a no-show nudge and a review ask.
