New client onboarding, from paid to ready

The moment a client pays, the welcome goes out, the checklist opens, and every document is filed the second it lands. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting for someone to notice it. The owner hears about the job exactly twice: when it is paid, and when it is ready to start.

Reminders go out on day two, four and six, and only while something is genuinely still missing. The moment the last document lands, the chasing stops on its own. After the third reminder it stops anyway: at that point a phone call will do what a fourth email will not.

Built on n8n, triggered by the payment and wired into Gmail and the document store. The rules sit on a canvas you can read and change, so you can see exactly which reminder fires when and turn any of them off. No black box, no cost per client.
