Collaborate with global team of business analysts to adhere to meeting cadences and deadlines, ensuring project updates and information synching, and working with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

Brainstorm with Creative Director and Creative Lead to assemble our creative discovery plan to enable client projects to be successfully implemented. Work with both internal and external team to constantly iterate deliverable deadlines and schedules.

I was allocated off-shore resources to aid in asset creation and delivery. Also empowered to teach team new design tools, processes, and procedures. I am able to delegate more task and share knowledge in an open environment.

Researched current and recent trends in dedicated industry space to build personas to have a better understanding of users needs.

Attended daily stand up meetings and bi-weekly cross functional team calls to collaborate on designs for enterprise industries, focusing on the user experience, responsiveness, and integration with existing  technology platforms.
