As a UX Designer, I was given the task of creating a donation food delivery app called Hoku that would make it easy and efficient for users to donate clothes to those in need. The app was designed to simplify the donation process by allowing users to request a pickup, track their donation, and receive notifications when their donation was delivered.

To begin the project, I worked closely with the client to understand their requirements and goals for the app. We discussed the features and functionality that were important for the user experience, such as the ability to schedule a pickup, track the status of the donation, and receive notifications.

I then created a prototype of the app to get feedback from the client and users. Based on their feedback, I made several iterations to the design and functionality of the app to ensure it met their needs and was easy to use.

One of the key features of the app was its integration with a food delivery service. When a user requested a pickup, the app would connect them with a delivery driver who would collect their donation and deliver it to a local charity or organization in need. This integration helped to streamline the donation process and ensure that the clothes were delivered to those who needed them the most.

Another important aspect of the app was its user interface. I created a clean and intuitive design that made it easy for users to navigate the app and complete the donation process. The app also included a dashboard where users could view their donation history, track the status of their current donation, and receive notifications about the progress of their donation.

Overall, Hoku was a success, providing users with an easy and efficient way to donate clothes to those in need. The app helped to streamline the donation process and connect users with local charities and organizations.
