Insight Coaching Solutions - Wordpress website design project About Insight Coaching Solutions: Insight Coaching Solutions, a leadership/executive coaching practice founded by Dr. Vimala Seshadri, offering programs for individuals and organizations (Lead with A.W.E., Transformational Leadership, Executive Coaching, LEWL, Lumina Learning, etc.), with strong testimonials from EY, JioStar, Ramboll, and others.

Why redesign? The website looked & feels old The company had growth 10x - in terms of size, offerings, overall storytelling so the same needed to be reflected on the website. Branding: Colors & illustrations were a big part of this project. The colors we used were earthy colors which represents our Indian color. A deep red color, Yellow color, B&W for backgrounds. Illustrations which adds flare & communicate without words became a big element as we redesigned each page.

Copy & tone: The copy & tone of the website is to keep it crisp, communicate the story with powerful words & storytelling is a big part of each page. Content strategy: In each page, the content strategy is to segregate the context in such a way that 5W & 1H questions are answered with images so even if a user scrolls fast. They will be able to scan through the website & make sense of it. A big strategy & design decision was to showcase "Vimala" as an industry leader. As she is already one in her Industry. But it wasn't reflected on the website. So quotes from her, her belief, her way of thinking is presented on the website. Design language: In this profession, they use a lot of hands & imagination paired with empathy. Vimala uses lot of stationary - like paper, pen, post it, carbboard - something which you can see in the images as well. So stationary is a big part of their world. And I used the same in the digital format. To bring the digital expereince & physical experience close to each other. And not world's apart.

Vimala as a Industry expert: Vimala has over 3 decades of experience in her field. She is one of the respected & prolific leaders in her industry. And many young people look up to her. We have displayed all her certifcates - she is India's only certificted for one of the programs. So it was a no-brainer from my end to include some of the excerpt from her - and present it on the website - her views, opinions, belief, etc.
