About the company: Financial Services Made Simple and Accessible for tier 2 & tier 3 cities in India. Democratising financial services for the next billion Indians through technology, reach, and a wide range of offerings. The goal: The goal is to design a desktop & mobile app which users from Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities can use for their needs. Needs like paying for electricity bills, paying for buses, recharge phones, travel, loan payments, insurance utility payments, buying groceries, etc. The challenge:

To design a website & mobile app which covers all financial needs for a person residing in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. There are 2 user cases (user & merchant) here that can load money which users give to them Project timeline: Roughly 2 months for the whole design from research to final Figma screens My approach: 5 folks - I contact who I knew lives & experiences the struggle, trials & tribulations of living in a Tier 2 & tier 3 city. Then asking them their concerns & user testing the designs with them.
