The goal of this project was to transform complex 2D blueprints into easily digestible and compelling photorealistic visuals for a Texas development. I modeled and rendered three unique commercial buildings and their extensive parking infrastructure. The resulting imagery served as crucial marketing assets, helping the developer secure financing, pre-lease tenants, and communicate the final aesthetic vision of the site to stakeholders who required a clear understanding of the scale and material finish of the entire development located in the real context using google maps.

This project involved the end-to-end 3D modeling and visualization of a new commercial development site located in DeSoto, Texas. The scope included:

Three distinct architectural structures: A retail strip mall with 3 stores and two fast food chain restaurants.

Detailed site environment: Accurate modeling of all exterior elements, including parking lots, landscaping, site furniture, and driveways, based on engineering plans and setting the render on google maps view.

Accurate Modeling: Created highly detailed 3D models from 2D architectural drawings (blueprints/CAD files), ensuring geometric accuracy and adherence to design specifications.

Material Application: Applied realistic textures and materials (e.g., brick, stucco, glass, asphalt) to simulate real-world appearance and demonstrate design intent.

Photorealistic Rendering: Executed final photorealistic renderings capturing various viewing angles, including aerial views to show site layout and ground-level perspectives to highlight architectural details.

Environmental Integration: Established lighting, shadows, and surrounding environment (sky, greenery) to create visually compelling and contextually accurate final images.
