I provided comprehensive 3D visualization services for a large commercial retail park, commissioned by a real estate company specializing in commercial leasing.

Using the client’s architectural floor plans, I developed detailed 3D models and high-quality renders of the site. The project included multiple fast-food outlets, strip malls, and large retail stores, all meticulously modeled to a high standard of accuracy.

A key deliverable of this project was a full walkthrough animation, guiding viewers through the entire commercial development. This animation served as a powerful marketing tool, offering prospective tenants and investors a dynamic and immersive preview of the space.

This project showcases my ability to translate complex architectural plans into compelling, photorealistic visuals and dynamic animations, demonstrating an excellent understanding of commercial real estate presentation.
