Patron Village card illustration.
This project for Paul was an illustration of a future project for the Praton Village community Hall and its surroundings , Paul wanted to give an artistic card to the residents so they can see how the new gardens and parking will look like!
We worked together to create a view and feeling that matched what Paul wanted for this card, a hand drawn feeling that clearly showed the future project.
I worked from the site plan technical drawings as a base, did a 3d to get the perfect view of the entire project and did the drawing digitally by hand. Blending 3d and hand drawn illustration.

Visualizing Potential!
I created a photorealistic 3D rendering of a proposed bank on an existing lot for a real estate agency. Using Blender and enhanced with AI, this visualization was critical in helping them show potential leasers exactly how the space would look and function. I put extra emphasis on detailed modeling to ensure the design seamlessly matched the real-life existing site and surroundings. Turning vacant land into a clear, reliable vision!
Loop
Here is a layout design I created for an artist, his paiting was called "loop" and he wanted a book to showcase all the reaseach behind it, the concept of the painting is an eternal loop simulating social media doomscrolling, so the layout was thought to continue with this concept. As you can see the painting is shown during the entire layout of the book looping itself while you go through the pages of the research, giving a sensation of eternal loop.
Always happy to collaborate with amazing creative people

Hi! Maria here!
I'm a multidisciplinary architect and today I want to show you my master's thesis, Yes! a thesis. why? Because here I got to showcase most of my skills on a very free roaming way but still keeping the academic structure for a research.
All the book's layout, illustrations, graphics and maps are made by me, I am really passionate about design in all forms and research, so this project just shows all those passions in one place. That's why I think is importat to show it, even if its a bit out of the usual.
Hope you like it!
Ps: I also did the render for the muckup of the book 😊
Parton Village Illustration.
A very fun and cute illustration for a garden design, this illustration is going to be used to show the neighboors the project that is going to happen in town.
Using a mix between 3d in blender and digital illustration on photoshop I created this easy to understand and cute hand-drawn style illustration.
Throwback to when I did this collage for a jacket company and won one of their original designs! It was the coolest thing ever, I loved their company and was a student at the time, so had zero money to buy one, they opened a challenge to create a poster for their store and I WON! It felt surreal at the time.
I still really like this poster, brings me such good memories and I still have one of the coolest jackets on my closet.
