Discovery & Research:
Conducted in-depth research on user behaviours, pain points, and competitors in the travel space to lay the foundation for user-centric features.
Prototyping & Design:
Crafted intuitive workflows for profile management, onboarding, trip discovery, and engagement, integrating sleek interfaces and seamless transitions.
Development & Optimization:
Designed the MVP with a focus on trust-building through robust verification, dynamic discovery tools, and real-time communication channels, while optimizing for user engagement and monetization.
Testing & Iteration:
Implemented user testing and analytics to refine features, ensuring the platform was intuitive, visually engaging, and scalable.
