Buns in the Oven is a playful, yet definitively local brand.
The design for this project had three things in mind: simplicity, eco-friendliness, and cuteness. The brand wished for a stand-out mascot to represent its warm and relaxed personality; thus, I illustrated two simple buns interlinking arms to be incorporated as elements within the logo as well as the wrappings of their product.
The packaging design is simple and minimalistic, consisting of paper wrapping secured with a sticker, in line with their brand mission to be eco-friendly. Notably, Buns in the Oven is a non-plastic brand, thus the simple yet effective paper-based packaging.
