Minilu: Baby & Parent Tracking iOS App

Minilu is a free baby and parent tracking app I designed and built for my own family. It was my first mobile app.

Why I built it After my son was born, I wanted one simple place to log feeds, diapers, sleep and vaccines, and to share it with the rest of the family. So I built the app I wanted to use.

How I built it I built Minilu in Lovable as a mobile app and took it all the way to the App Store. Parents can log feeding, diapers, sleep, baths, vitamins and solid food, follow a vaccine schedule, track growth, set reminders and appointments, and invite family members to the same baby profile.

What I learned I learned how to get a mobile app live from scratch, mostly by watching YouTube videos, and shipped it anyway. The data taught me the next lesson: building it was not the hardest part. Getting a new parent from sign-up to their first log is.

Early numbers (October 2026) 88 accounts, 56 baby profiles and 673 care logs. Small numbers, and they include my own family's use.
