As a content creator for the leisure center, my main focus was building a stronger connection with our followers through engaging, creative, and consistent Instagram Reels. I st.arted by developing a content calendar that allowed me to post regularly and keep things fresh. I created reels that showcased a mix of gym workouts, pool activities, and member success stories to give our audience a well-rounded view of what we offer. I also highlighted special events and classes to boost awareness and encourage participation

Engagement was key, so I made sure to interact with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and questions. I used call-to-actions (CTAs) in my posts to encourage people to comment, share, and connect with us more directly.

I kept an eye on trends, incorporating popular challenges, sounds, and trends on Instagram to make our reels more discoverable. Monitoring Instagram insights was a big part of my process, too—tracking engagement helped me fine-tune content to better connect with our followers and deliver what they wanted.
