Community Management for Fini Juega

As the community manager for the gaming YouTube channel: FiniJuega, my main job was to keep the connection strong between the creators and the audience. I made sure to always respond to comments on videos, engage with the community, and keep things positive. Whether it was answering questions, joining conversations, or just showing some love to the fans, I made sure everyone felt heard and valued.

What we delivered...
Here’s a quick rundown of what I did:
Engaging with Comments: I spent a lot of time in the comment sections, replying to questions, thanking viewers for their support, and making sure things stayed friendly and fun. It was important to me to keep the vibe positive and maintain a real connection with the audience.
Tracking Feedback and Suggesting Ideas: I always kept an eye on recurring themes and suggestions in the comments. Whether it was a game request or a new content idea, I took that feedback seriously and passed it along to the content team. I also proactively suggested new video ideas based on what our followers were talking about, making sure the content stayed fresh and aligned with what the community craved.
Building Community and Engagement: I loved running community events, like polls, giveaways, and even live Q&A sessions. These initiatives helped to keep the community active and gave them a chance to directly interact with the creators. It was all about building loyalty and creating a space where everyone felt included.

How did I worked with the client?

From the start, I made sure to understand the client’s goal of building loyalty and fostering a strong, engaged community. I’d have regular chats with the content team to align on what they wanted to achieve with the audience, ensuring we were all on the same page.
Whenever I saw a common theme in feedback, I’d bring it to the table and suggest content ideas that aligned with what the audience wanted. Whether it was a new game to cover or a different type of video format, I was always thinking about how to keep the community engaged and excited.

My role was all about making sure the community felt heard and supported while helping the channel grow and stay connected to its followers. The more I engaged, listened, and adapted, the stronger the bond between the creators and the audience became, which helped build that loyal fanbase we were aiming for!
