Scope:
Won design award from non-profit IterateUX for 4-week research sprint addressing trust and usability barriers for older adults (60+) in digital banking.
Conducted bilingual research (English/Spanish) with diverse older adult participants to understand how they navigate digital financial tools and where trust breaks down. Identified critical workarounds users created due to unclear interfaces and security concerns.
Developed research-informed prototype demonstrating how to build trust through simplified navigation, transparent security messaging, and age-appropriate interaction patterns.
Results:
