Divvy Homes offers a non-traditional homeownership model, allowing customers to build ownership in their homes through renting. Customer education was a critical component of my role as a Brand and Content Strategist. I was tasked with developing bite-size educational videos for socials, guiding prospective and current Divvy customers through the program. I was responsible for developing scripts, storyboarding, writing all on-screen copy, working with Design to develop visuals, animating visuals in After Effects, and editing the final videos. I also led the social media strategy, writing all accompanying social media copy.
