Are you someone who lets their day happen to them, or do you take on the day with intention and purpose?

Any of my friends or family reading this will laugh because your girl is not good at time management. It’s a skill I will be mastering for my lifetime.

Staying reclined in the morning.

Caffeine too early (You read that right).

Laying down in your dark room with the curtains drawn, scrolling the socials (Guilty party of one).

Getting sunlight through the window.

All these examples of habits in the morning lead to unorganized ways of operating in the world.
