I’m not sure if we all learned this during the ice bucket challenge but now there is research to support benefits of cranking your shower over to the cold side!
How do cold showers make you a little more healthy?
Boosts circulation
Reduces muscle soreness
Strengthens the immune system
Increases alertness
Promotes weight loss by activating brown fat
Try: As you are nearing the end of your shower, crank it to the cold side and see what you can handle!

Personally, I can only do this for maybe 1–2 minutes. I have a love/hate relationship with cold showers. I do believe in the benefits, I am however a baby about anything cold. I’m from Arizona. Give me some grace.
