Call me ‘woo woo’ but it’s true.
Mental health and self-worth are deeply intertwined. How you think of yourself can significantly impact your overall mental state. Grasping this profound connection is crucial and necessary to create a nurturing, healthy mindset.

Having a healthy mindset will promote overall mental well-being.

It’s almost as if you can’t have one without the other. Self-worth and mental health influence one another. When you are struggling with self-worth, your mental health tanks. When you are struggling with your mental health, this erodes your self-worth.
Both low self-worth and compromised mental health can diminish a sense of value and esteem.

How to stop the cycle

Please know this is a constant ebb and flow. This is a practice that needs to be practiced often to obtain optimal levels of self-worth and a healthy mental state. Like anything else in life, it takes work.
