Summit - Designing the Conversion Journey

As a membership-based community and experiential events company, Summit brings together a global network of entrepreneurs, scientists, artists, and leaders through destination events around the world. Known for its unique blend of wellness and culture experiences, retreats, and large-scale gatherings, Summit needed to strengthen the performance of its sales page to support a new phase of data-driven growth.
The organization required a strategic partner to transform a visually compelling page into a structured, conversion-focused experience that could serve multiple audience segments, while staying true to Summit’s distinctive brand identity as a conference organizer and community-driven platform for connection.
The objective was to create a scalable messaging and funnel framework that could be reused across future travel events, retreats, and destination-based gatherings.

The Challenge

A design that prioritized aesthetics over clarity and conversion
Limited use of trust signals and outcomes from past event participants
Gaps in practical information such as FAQs and reassurance content
Difficulty addressing the needs of both returning members and first-time applicants
Based on these pain points, we collaborated with the internal team to establish a shared strategic blueprint to guide efficient execution.

Our Solution

We partnered to shape a smarter, more focused conversion approach:
Discovery and alignment through a custom internal questionnaire and documentation review
Audience-first messaging architecture for returning members, non-attendees, and new applicants
Conversion-focused content strategy with improved hierarchy, CTAs, and section flow
End-to-end copywriting aligned with Summit’s tone of voice and internal notes
An annotated blueprint with final copy, design, and development guidance
UI and UX inspiration references grounded in best practices
The engagement was supported by close coordination between Marketing, Creative, and Development teams.

Results

A structured, audience-segmented sales page framework
Clearer value propositions and calls to action
Stronger use of social proof and reassurance content
A scalable funnel model for future events and gatherings
Cross-team alignment through a single strategic source of truth

What’s Next

Summit continues to apply this framework across future launches, using a conversion-driven structure designed to evolve with new audiences and new destination-based experiences.
