Automation Engineer

I started getting into automation when I realized how much time and money a good process can save. I have implemented automation in software tools like HubSpot, Asana, Click-up, Slack and others to automate technical operations for multiple different kinds of companies. My projects range from simple tasks like automating the population of user data into a spreadsheet to complex tasks like automating the handoff process from sales to customer success while incorporating customer communications, task creation and project tracking.
