I've been working with an AI company for the past two years to improve and implement automated processes to ensure new client experiences are consistent, thorough, and well documented.
After thoroughly reviewing all the tools the customer had licensed, we were able to remove 3 product suites due to duplicate features and narrow most of the process down to using HubSpot, Slack, and Asana for all project activities, customer communications, executive reporting, license tracking, and dashboarding.
Through my efforts, we were able to create a more efficient team and reduce the number of people needed in the customer support team to just one to support customer activities and were able to utilize the other team members in the growing areas of the business.
