The challenge Complex oversight work often depends on disconnected reports, manual follow-up, and role-specific information that is difficult to assemble into a single decision-making view. Leaders need to understand performance, emerging risks, investigative workload, and exceptions without losing the operational detail behind each metric.

The solution I designed Sentinel as a role-aware analytics and workflow concept for executive oversight, program integrity, and investigation operations. The experience organizes critical KPIs, risk signals, case activity, workload, and priority actions into command-center views tailored to different leadership roles.
