Online Business System Creation

Online creator that was looking for help managing the day to day of their business so they can dedicate time to big picture projects and the passion that led them to becoming a business owner in the first place

Problems

Little to no systems and organization in the business

No database of completed projects/ CRM therefore making it hard to nurture leads and ask for referrals

I shadowed my client for a week to see what their current process around their work was. My reasoning behind this was so I could create a system that was manageable and sustainable for the client

For emails, I introduced templates to help quicken the process of responding to predictable emails (price inquiries, requests for collaboration and press requests)

I automated inbox to categorize emails into folders to ensure emails from certain senders

Created a CRM and initiated client offboarding system to gain referrals and ensure business relationships were ended on a good note to allow for leads to be pursued in the future

Business solutions are never a one size fits all

The various automation tools that are available to make running a business more manageable

I will start my client on their system step by step, instead of introducing an entire new system all at once to reduce potential overwhelm and empower them to stick with it
