The client identified a gap in the bakery industry where customers lack the ability to design and personalize cakes online based on their preferences and the theme of their life events. Currently, most cake orders are limited to pre-designed templates, with minimal room for customization. This often leads to a mismatch between customer expectations and the final product.

To solve this, the client wanted to create a mobile and web app where users can easily design their own cakes by choosing colors, toppings, shapes, and design patterns for occasions like birthdays, weddings, or baby showers. Once the cake is designed, users should be able to place an order directly through the app with secure online payment, streamlining the entire experience from creation to doorstep delivery.

Notification - We have integrated OneSignal into the app to send personalized and timely notifications to users during the cake ordering process. Whether it's confirming an order, updating the delivery status, or sending a special offer, users will receive helpful updates right on their device.

Dashboard for Admin - We’ve also built a user-friendly admin dashboard for the bakery staff. Through this dashboard, they can easily manage current orders, track order statuses, and view detailed sales reports to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Intercom Integrated for Live Chat - We’ve integrated Intercom into the app to enhance customer support. This allows users to directly message the bakery team, ask questions, and get real-time assistance regarding their orders or custom cake designs.

Whatsapp Integration for Updates - We’ve added WhatsApp integration to keep customers informed in real-time. They’ll receive live updates about their cake orders, including confirmation, preparation status, and delivery details — all directly on WhatsApp for a seamless experience.
