Problem Statement

Patients in Singapore often face fragmented healthcare experiences across multiple systems and platforms—booking appointments, viewing prescriptions, receiving updates, and accessing support all happen in different apps or physical channels. This lack of centralization leads to confusion, delays, and missed medical follow-ups. A simplified, patient-friendly, all-in-one health support solution was needed to improve continuity of care and enhance patient engagement.
