Content strategies usually fail on a Tuesday when the calendar is full, nothing is drafted and skipping one week feels harmless. Three skips later the channel is quiet.
What I built
A pipeline from idea to published piece. Ideas are captured the moment they appear, a calendar decides what runs when and drafting starts from the owner's voice profile instead of a blank page.
How it works
Ideas land in a capture inbox from anywhere: a phone note, a chat message, a line from a client call.
Each idea is scored and slotted into a content calendar by pillar and format.
Claude drafts from the Personality Definition and the Context Vault.
One long piece is repurposed into short posts, a newsletter section and a script outline.
The owner reviews and approves, and the calendar shows a month of runway at a glance.
What changed
No idea dies in a notes app, drafts start from the owner's voice and busy weeks stop breaking the rhythm. Two to three days to build. For anyone publishing weekly, it returns four to six hours a week of drafting and planning.
Part of a larger build
Part of the Content Machine build. I built this system for my own business first. The full write-up and stack are on the Content Plan page at dimagornovskyi.com/projects.
Ideas slotted onto a calendar and one long piece turned into posts, a newsletter section and a script outline. For weekly publishing, 4 to 6 hours a week back.
