Inbox Management: Claude sorts email and drafts replies

The problem
Most executives spend the first hour of the day inside email, and by the time they surface, the deep work slot is gone. Out of eighty messages, maybe six need their judgment. The rest need sorting, a short reply or a polite no.
What I built
An AI layer between the owner and the inbox. Overnight it reads everything that came in, sorts it, drafts the routine replies in the owner's voice and tracks every thread that went quiet.
How it works
Claude connects to the mailbox and reads new messages on a schedule.
Every message gets a label: needs you, routine reply, delegate or archive.
Routine messages get a draft reply written from the Personality Definition, the voice profile every draft reads first.
Threads with no answer after a set number of days resurface as follow-up reminders in Notion.
A morning digest delivers the handful that matter. Nothing sends without a click.
What changed
The inbox opens as a short brief instead of a wall of unread, with drafts waiting underneath. Setup takes one to two days and a week of tuning. For anyone on eighty or more messages a day, it returns five to eight hours a week.
Part of a larger build
Part of the Sales & Lead Engine build. I built this system for my own business first. The full write-up and stack are on the Inbox Management page at dimagornovskyi.com/projects.

Every message labeled needs you, routine, delegate or archive, with a morning digest of the few that matter. 5 to 8 hours a week back at 80+ emails a day.
