Context Vault: a business library Claude reads before it answers

The problem
Most people open a fresh AI chat and start from zero. They re-explain the company, the offer, the audience and the pricing, and they do it again tomorrow in the next chat. The answers stay generic because the model knows nothing, and the explaining itself quietly eats hours every week.
What I built
A structured knowledge base of the business, organized so AI can read it. Offers, audience, pricing, decisions and history live in one connected workspace, and every AI conversation starts already informed.
How it works
Map the knowledge the business runs on: offers, audience, positioning, pricing, processes and past decisions.
Turn each area into a structured Notion page, written to be read by both the owner and the AI.
Connect the workspace to Claude through MCP, a live connection that lets the AI read the pages directly.
Add a navigation page that tells the AI where to look first.
File new decisions and documents into the structure so the vault stays current.
What changed
Chats start informed instead of starting over, and answers are grounded in real offers, numbers and decisions. The first build takes three to five days. After that it returns two to three hours a week of re-explaining and re-searching.
Part of a larger build
Part of the Voice & Brand Engine build. I built this system for my own business first. The full write-up and stack are on the Context Vault page at dimagornovskyi.com/projects.

Offers, audience, pricing and past decisions live in Notion, connected to Claude through MCP. Every chat starts informed and 2 to 3 hours a week come back.
