B2B/B2B2C/B2C Businesses want to know how to track their campaign efforts, especially through referral they want their campaign to be effective, and performance-based it should attract, engage, and retains customers.

Challenges

Unclear Marketing ROI & Channel Effectiveness Businesses struggle to track the return on but physical and digital marketing investments and identify which channels drive the highest conversions.
Lack of Visibility into Marketing Operations There’s no centralized way to monitor performance, measure campaigns, or see which marketers and outreach efforts perform best.
Manual & Disconnected Lead Management Marketers lack a seamless way to capture, track, and follow up on leads - often relying on disjointed tools.
Complex Incentive & Affiliate Structures Creating affiliate or multi-level marketing systems is time-consuming and hard to manage without automation, discouraging widespread participation.
Fragmented Outreach Processes Outreach efforts are often scattered and inefficient, making it hard for teams to scale personalized campaigns or connect marketing with broader business goals.

Impact

While metrics like retention or activation are pending launch, usability tests and stakeholder feedback showed a 90% satisfaction rate with the simplified workflows and attribution logic.
Early walkthroughs of design with test users revealed increased clarity in tracking conversions and assigning rewards, reducing confusion typically seen in multi-channel marketing setups.

Objective:

Create a seamless UX that simplifies marketing operations while delivering clear insights into performance and lead management.
Design intuitive flows for affiliate systems, outreach tools, and multi-level tracking that feel effortless to manage.
Ensure every feature is metrics-driven, enabling teams to make data-backed decisions on channels, campaigns, and team performance.
Build trust and usability into the product so it's easy for non-technical marketers and business owners to adopt and scale.

My Approach

I Adopted a user-centric design approach, conducting extensive research to understand the challenges faced by creators.

Using a lean methodology with rapid prototyping and user feedback, I simplified complex payment processes.

Transparency and collaboration were crucial, and I used experience mapping to visualize and enhance the user journey, ensuring the platform was intuitive and user-friendly.

Solution

After my research, my solution was to design a standalone unified MVP that empowers businesses to track marketing ROI, streamline outreach, incentivize growth, and connect marketing to core operations, all without complexity.for multiple micro-saas applications. The platform is designed to be used for Offline Businesses that needs to get products sold quickly and reward marketers. It includes payment links, wallets, tier reward systems, advance campaign management, sales funnel, template builders etc.
