Overview

SuperTrust (SUT) is a Polygon-based Web3 platform designed to create trust-driven DeFi and real-economy applications. With offerings like staking, yield farming, governance tokens, and tools such as MOAD (a decentralized advertising system) and NatureBook (a photo-to-earn nature app), SuperTrust aims to make Web3 accessible and credible.

Project Goals

Redesign website to build trust in DeFi via transparent governance and tokenomics.
Website should clearly state the goal of the project and help create real-world utility using blockchain.
Make Web3 approachable for Korean users and businesses.

🇰🇷 Impact on South Korea

Session duration increased by 48%, showing users are spending more time exploring tools.
Mobile traffic increased by 40%, reflecting improved mobile responsiveness and UX.
Feedback survey showed 85% of Korean visitors found the website more trustworthy and easier to navigate.
Increased token awareness in Korea through crypto platforms and listing tools.

Challenges

Need for full Korean localization (language, UX, legal terms).
Lack of on-ground marketing in Korea (events, influencers, webinars).
MOAD and NatureBook are still in pre-launch phase, requiring MVP validation.

Website Redesign process

Discovery & UX Audit
We began with an in-depth audit of the original SuperTrust site to identify trust gaps, mobile usability issues, and content that lacked clarity for Korean users. The audit revealed weak visual hierarchy, unclear tokenomics, and a disconnect between Web3 language and local user expectations.
User-Centered Redesign Strategy
I mapped user personas, with a strong focus on Korean crypto-curious users and SMEs. Trust and utility were positioned as core UX pillars. We restructured the site to foreground verifiable elements like; coin listing, metrics, Polygon infrastructure benefits, and local partnerships.
Visual Identity & Localization
To create a high-tech yet credible look, we applied a refined visual system using gradients, a fintech-friendly palette, and minimalistic UI. Korean font styles and localized iconography ensured clarity and cultural relevance. We aligned visual elements with blockchain design standards while maintaining local approachability.
Mobile Optimization
Given Korea’s mobile-first user base, we rebuilt the responsive framework. We reduced content overload and improved scroll performance and mobile nav accessibility. Also explained the whitepaper properly.
Testing & Analytics
Using Korean beta testers, we ran usability tests and collected feedback through rapid iteration loops. Metrics were monitored post-relaunch, revealing improvements in bounce rate, session length, and conversion validating the trust-first redesign strategy.

Conclusion

SuperTrust is strategically positioned to impact Korea's evolving fintech and Web3 space by:
Prioritizing decentralized trust models.
Building real-world utility through MOAD and NatureBook.
And forming strategic partnerships like with Leverage X to integrate with Korean industries.
With the right market entry strategy and localized support, SuperTrust has the potential to become a leading example of real-world Web3 adoption in South Korea.
