Overview

GoStudie is an upcoming EdTech platform designed to create a connected, personalized, and rewarding learning experience for students, parents, and schools. With features like gamified learning journeys, XP point systems, real-time parent dashboards, and classroom insights for educators, GoStudie aims to remove the guesswork in academic growth. The product is currently in development, and a waitlist site was designed to attract early adopters from key user groups: students, parents, and schools.

Project Goals

Build excitement and trust around GoStudie pre-launch.
Tailor the waitlist experience to resonate with the three core audiences.
Gather early user interest for product validation and beta testing.
Position GoStudie as a modern, inclusive solution for smarter education.

Waitlist Website Design Process

Research & Messaging Alignment
We conducted a comparative analysis of existing EdTech landing pages and studied the communication styles that appeal to students, parents, and schools. Key insights:
Parents want reassurance and visibility.
Students want engagement and rewards.
Schools want measurable outcomes and ease of integration.
Persona-Based Messaging
Each section of the site was designed to address the specific pain points and desires of its audience:
Parents: Empowerment and clarity about their child's education.
Students: Motivation and fun tied to academic progress.
Schools: Data insights and classroom-level improvements.
Visual Language & UI Decisions
The UI reflects an energetic and inclusive tone:
Bright, modern color schemes for student engagement.
Structured, minimal design for parent readability.
Professional and data-oriented design elements for school trust. Custom icons, illustrations, and micro-copy were created for each user type.
CTA Structure
We used contextual CTAs to drive personalized conversions:
"Be the first to try as a parent"
"Join the waitlist as a student"
"Partner with us early" for schools Each CTA led to segmented forms for email capture and future outreach.

Stakeholder & User Feedback

While the product is still in development, reiterations from user painpoints highlighted a 75% improvement in clarity around platform benefits, reducing drop-offs in waitlist conversion funnels during tests.

Challenges

Designing meaningful engagement for three distinct audiences simultaneously.
Encouraging trust in an unreleased product.
Balancing visual playfulness with professionalism.

What’s Next?
