FitPeak is a fast-growing startup focused on premium tennis performance products, built for players who demand precision, durability, and consistency. As a new ecommerce brand entering a competitive market, FitPeak needed more than a visually appealing website — they needed a conversion-optimized ecommerce experience that could:

Before touching visuals, I focused on strategic groundwork, which is critical for CRO success.

Research Included:

Competitive analysis of sports ecommerce brands
Ecommerce UX patterns that convert (above-the-fold CTAs, social proof, benefit-driven copy)
User intent mapping for first-time vs returning customers
Visual benchmarking from premium athletic and lifestyle brands
📌 Key Insight: Tennis players care deeply about performance outcomes, not just product specs. The site needed to visually show confidence, precision, and professionalism within the first 3–5 seconds.
