With subscriptions spread across multiple platforms in companies, tracking usage and managing expenses becomes difficult, resulting in untracked data and unused subscriptions. This often leads to companies spending a significant amount of money on subscriptions that are no longer required, affecting their bottom line. Subscribepod is a SaaS subscription management software that helps SMEs track, monitor, and reduce their SaaS expenses.

After getting the project brief, my senior have assigned me to handle the following things:

In order to understand the market, I started analysing our competitors to identify frequently used features and those that are overlooked.

During the brainstorming phase, we utilized numerous sketches and wireframes to simplify the app's intricate navigation structure and experiment with diverse layouts and features, resulting in an effortless user experience.

We established a design direction to enhance user experience and usability through an intuitive user interface, adhering to standard UI design principles. Despite the product's data-driven nature and lengthy tasks, we paid attention to every small detail.

Connecting the static interface designs to create prototype for presenting solutions to client and later for investor pitches.

I developed a comprehensive style guide, including colors, typography, icons, illustrations, etc..., and I’ve also developed reusable components like buttons and input fields to ensure design consistency across different touchpoints and smooth scaling for the future.

To sum up, I handled competitor analysis, information architecture, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and style guide creation. My contributions ensured a user-focused approach, delivering a practical solution for streamlined subscription management. Also, the prototype that we created helped the client close the deal.
