PROJECT OVERVIEW
Intentional Digital Space for Meditation
Christopher August approached us with a clear but ambitious vision: to launch a custom, branded community app that would allow him to both monetize his meditation teachings and cultivate a deeply engaged, organic community. Aesthetics were non-negotiable—every screen needed to reflect the intentional, calming, and elevated tone of his brand. But time was also of the essence: he needed a high-quality, fully functional platform ready for market within a compressed timeline.
The challenge was to deliver both form and function—an immersive, intuitive experience that captured his brand’s essence while supporting gated content, community interactions, and future scalability. From day one, our collaboration focused on speed without compromise, leveraging FlutterFlow to rapidly prototype, iterate, and launch a stunning experience that felt as refined as it was responsive.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
❌ Delivering a Custom App Experience on a Tight Deadline
The client was looking for a high-quality, uniquely branded experience tailored to his aesthetic-driven community—delivered fast. He needed the app ready for both the App Store and Play Store within just two months of our initial contact, in time for a major launch event.
SOLUTION
Fast-Tracking Design with FlutterFlow
We jumped right in, building the custom widgets needed to ensure the app would perform seamlessly for the long haul. Using FlutterFlow helped us move quickly, and by aligning design and development from day one, we stayed in sync with one shared goal: launch.
Working closely with the client’s team, we rapidly delivered the complete UI/UX for the app. By leveraging FlutterFlow’s built-in flows and template screens, we maintained both quality and speed—completing the entire design phase in just two weeks.
Smooth Development and Custom Integrations
Transitioning into development was seamless thanks to the solid design foundation and the flexibility of FlutterFlow. Within the first two weeks, we built out everything possible inside the platform.
To handle more advanced functionality, we brought in our development team to connect GitHub and implement key custom code features, including an audio player that could run in the background and persist throughout app usage. We also built a custom referral system and integrated MailerLite and RevenueCat for subscription management—ensuring a complete and scalable product.
CONCLUSION
Project Launch & Media Presence Increase
We were able to deliver both the mobile application and a custom web-based admin panel, allowing the client to create, organize, and manage content with ease.
The entire project, from kickoff to launch, was completed in just six weeks after our initial payment. Thanks to the client’s clear requirements and well-aligned budget, we were able to stay ahead of schedule and hit every milestone with confidence.
Kaleo Design has delivered a fully functional app and continues implementing key features on request. The team has completed tasks on time and communicated well via email, messaging apps, and virtual meetings. They also impress the client with their professionalism. Overall, the client is satisfied.
