What the Project Is About The Lagos iDICE Project (Innovative Digital and Creative Enterprises) is a ₦200 million, five-year initiative (2025–2030) designed to catalyze youth-led growth in Nigeria’s digital and creative sectors. Targeting young people aged 15–35 across all 20 LGAs in Lagos State, the project combines skills development, access to finance, policy support, and network-building to generate sustainable employment, reduce gender gaps, and position Lagos as Africa’s creative-tech hub.
