Auxmate - Automation Dashboard

This automation dashboard was designed for Auxmate, a platform that helps teams streamline repetitive tasks across tools like Gmail, Slack, Notion, and Google Drive. The goal was to create a visual interface where users can easily build, monitor, and optimize workflows without technical barriers.

Most SaaS automation platforms struggle with overwhelming complexity. Users often face steep learning curves, cluttered dashboards, and lack of clarity when setting up multi-step processes. This leads to frustration, wasted time, and missed opportunities for team efficiency.

The Auxmate dashboard design solves these challenges by offering a clean, modular flow builder. Each step whether it’s sending an onboarding email, posting to Slack, or uploading a file to Google Drive is represented with intuitive icons and color-coded connections. This reduces cognitive load and makes even complex automations feel approachable.
