As a Senior Project / Program Manager, I'm good at

Business Process Flow Charts: A key component of Project Management is writing and representing the written into visual medium. I use Lucid Charts / Excel/ Visio / Canva to create Flow charts.

Technical Writing: Writing documentations, client call recaps/meeting minutes, procedures, business cases, case studies, risk reviews, logs etc. I also use my writing skills into creating bite sized content (Visuals + Storytelling) to explain the information.
