Welcome Screen Welcome screen shows the demarcation between the Submit section and Review section. There is a button that is solely meant for management/ CEO office to view all the submissions in 1 place

Submit Screen Submit screen displays all the ideas/tickets submitted by a person. You would click on 'submit new idea' and open a form to fill in details. In this case, you see my submissions across departments, which won't be the case in real life scenario. Here, you can switch between tabs to see 'all ideas submitted' and 'all approved ideas'. You can also use the filter function to dice and slice data per categories and title.

Form/ Questionnaire Form displays a list of questions that is required for the ideation process.

Review Screen for one of many teams This screen only displays all the ideas/tickets submitted for operations department. This is a 2 tier review layered system. The access is also restricted to individuals from the operations department. On the left panel, you can use the multiple filter options provided to locate the idea/ticket of your choice. Can also access Power BI analytics Dashboard inbuilt on left panel.

Executive Screen for Management/CEO A separate screen for the senior management/CEO team to view all submissions across departments. Multiple filter options provided to dice and slice data. Can also access Power BI analytics Dashboard inbuilt on left panel.

Power BI Inbuilt for Real Time Analytics As an when new submissions and review decisions are made, the PowerApps connects to PowerBI to showcase real time status on a dashboard visually.
