4 power BI dashboards that showcase skills of big data analysis, design thinking, DAX, UI and UX to read clean and easy data in an ambient visual format.

✔️Project 1: Blinkit Grocery Delivery App Data Analysis & Visualization

Built an interactive dashboard in Microsoft PowerBI for publicly available Blinkit grocery app market data.

Outlets, sales, good sold and trend analysis were captured in this clean, minimalistic dashboard using Power Query and DAX.

✔️Project 2: USA Electric Vehicles Data Analysis & Visualization

Designed and built an interactive dashboard in Microsoft PowerBI for publicly available, USA based Electric Vehicle data (post 2010) The analysis seeks to gain more data insights by Total Vehicles Model, Make, State and Clean Alternative Fuel Vehicle (CAFV) eligibility

✔️Project 3: Power BI to capture real time data from a Think Tank PowerApp.

I built and designed this Power BI dashboard for a 'Think Tank' Power App to spark ideas, drive innovation, and promote excellence in processes, client services, products, education, and training.

What motivated me to build and design this was for SMBs to track all their ideation across departments. Most of the time, these thoughts are lost via emails or IMs.

A central platform brings structure to capture thoughts and proposals with a multi layer review system- is magic. As this easily helps churn ideas/thoughts into full blown projects and completed goals.

✔️Project 4: Sales Team KPI Dashboard: Annual Performance Review

A DAX-powered KPI dashboard analyzes team sales performance from the last financial year.

My goal was to highlight each salesperson’s monthly targets and by using custom DAX formulas to track sub-teams that met or exceeded goals. Also added Power BI's SmartAI (Co-PIlot) for custom summary. DataSource: Made up for sample project.

I built and designed this Microsoft Power App for a 'Think Tank' App to spark ideas, drive innovation, and promote excellence in processes, client services, products, education, and training.

Flows were established between SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI to Outlook/Teams/Slack channels for real time notifications. Here is a example of email notifications.

BUSINESS PROCESS DIAGRAM ✨

As a PM, working on flow charts or business process diagramming is crucial.

Senior management and clients find it easy to understand the project journey as depicted visually.

This flowchart outlines the process of a Creative Agency from the initial client call to the final project handover. It includes key steps like requirement analysis, proposal submission, and iterations. Decision points and data management steps ensure efficient project delivery.
