Many Shopify and ecommerce brands send email campaigns consistently but still struggle to generate meaningful revenue from email marketing. The issue is often not the traffic or the product, but the lack of a structured Klaviyo email marketing strategy focused on segmentation, personalization, timing, and customer behavior.
In this project, I managed and optimized Klaviyo email marketing campaigns for a Shopify ecommerce brand with the goal of improving engagement, increasing conversions, and driving direct revenue through strategic campaign execution.
Within just a few hours of sending the campaigns, the store generated measurable revenue directly from Klaviyo email marketing.

A structured email marketing strategy was implemented to ensure campaigns were sent with purpose instead of generic mass emailing.

2. Audience Segmentation & Personalization

Instead of sending the same email to every subscriber, audience segmentation was used to create more relevant customer experiences.
