Klaviyo Email Flow Setup for Ecommerce Brand | Full Automation & Revenue Optimization System
Many ecommerce brands rely heavily on ads for sales but fail to build a structured email system that converts and retains customers.
In this project, I developed a complete Klaviyo email automation system designed to turn subscribers into customers and one-time buyers into repeat customers.
The focus was to create a revenue-driven email flow structure that works continuously in the background—recovering lost sales, nurturing leads, and increasing customer lifetime value.

Built 18 automated Klaviyo flows for an ecommerce brand, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back sequences. Welcome flow open rates hit 58%, and abandoned cart flows achieved a 14% recovery rate.
