Case Study Description: This project focused on building a highly engaging Klaviyo email marketing system for a beverage Shopify brand, combining storytelling email campaigns, product promotion, and lifecycle email automation to improve customer retention and drive repeat purchases.
The brand already had visually appealing products, but their email marketing lacked structure and consistency. Emails were being sent, but there was no clear email marketing strategy, no segmentation, and no system to nurture subscribers over time.
My goal was to create an email experience that doesn’t just sell, but keeps customers engaged, builds brand connection, and drives consistent revenue through Klaviyo email marketing and automation.

Challenges:
The brand was dealing with:
Inconsistent email campaigns with no clear direction
Lack of structured Klaviyo email flows
Low engagement rates due to non-personalized messaging
No audience segmentation or lifecycle targeting

2. Klaviyo Email Automation Setup
I implemented essential email flows to support customer lifecycle:
Welcome Email Series to introduce the brand and convert subscribers
Abandoned Cart Flow to recover lost revenue
Browse Abandonment Flow to re-engage interest
Post Purchase Flow to build relationship and increase repeat purchases
Win-back Flow to bring back inactive subscribers
Each flow was written to match the brand tone while still driving conversions.

3. Audience Segmentation & Personalization
Using Klaviyo segmentation, I grouped subscribers based on:
