My deliverables:
• Managed full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process;
• Liaised with employment agencies and colleges; organized a successful workshop at Can Tho University in February 2023, recruiting 5 interns;
• Managed the HRM system (MISA AMIS);
• Managed employee benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations;
• Coordinated administrative activities;
• Provided support and guidance to HR staff;
• Assisted department managers in creating employee training materials;
• Collaborated with department managers to develop job descriptions and specifications for all positions within 2 months;
• Supported organizing company’s events, including monthly events and workshops.
