Mobilink approached me to create a website that would enhance their tech repair services by providing an online platform for customers to request repairs and facilitating order management for the company. Understanding the importance of convenience and efficiency, I designed and developed a user-friendly website with a dedicated repair order system.

To address this, I collaborated with the company to design and develop a website that provides customers with an easy-to-use platform to request repair services for their devices, while also simplifying the order management process for Mobilink.

Phase 1: Requirement Gathering - Conducted thorough discussions with Mobilink to understand their business requirements and goals for the website. This phase laid the foundation for the design and development process.

Phase 2: Website Design - Utilized WordPress to design a visually appealing and user-friendly website that showcases Mobilink's repair services and provides easy access to the repair order system.

Phase 3: Website Development & Repair Order System Integration - Developed the website using WordPress, focusing on creating a seamless user experience. Integrated a dedicated repair order system that allows customers to submit repair requests online and enables Mobilink to efficiently manage and track orders.

Phase 4: Testing & Launch - Conducted rigorous testing to ensure the functionality and performance of the website and repair order system. Once all aspects were thoroughly reviewed and fine-tuned, the website was launched, providing customers with convenient access to repair services.

The website developed for Mobilink has significantly improved their online presence and streamlined their repair service process.
