The New Foundation Community Chaplaincy, an NGO dedicated to assisting ex-prisoners reintegrate into society, approached me for assistance in establishing an online presence. Led by Project Manager Roger Vann, the organization faced the challenge of reaching a wider audience and communicating their mission effectively.

The main obstacle for the New Foundation Community Chaplaincy was the lack of an online platform. To address this, I collaborated closely with Roger and his team to understand their objectives and designed a website that would effectively showcase their services and message to potential clients and donors.

Create a website that communicates the organization's mission and impact.

Implement custom illustrations and engaging content to convey their story.

Develop a conversion strategy to attract clients, volunteers, and donations.

Streamline operations and improve stakeholder communication.

Phase 1: Information Architecture - Conducted a discovery workshop, created a sitemap, and defined content overview. This phase helped us understand the scope of the website, organize the content, and create a roadmap for production.

Phase 2: User Experience Design & Wireframes (UX) - Developed wireframes for each page based on the sitemap. These wireframes served as a blueprint for site functionality and ensured a user-friendly experience.

Phase 3: User Interface Design (UI) - Established the design style and visual elements through mood boards. This phase focused on creating an appealing and cohesive interface for all site pages.

Phase 4: Development, Quality Assurance, Integration & Launch - Once the UI designs were approved, we proceeded with coding the designed pages into a functional website. Rigorous quality assurance measures were undertaken to ensure a seamless user experience. The website was integrated with the selected technologies and finally launched.

The newly developed website played a pivotal role in enhancing the New Foundation Community Chaplaincy's online visibility and engagement. The organization experienced an increase in clients, volunteers, and donations. The platform also streamlined their operations and improved communication with stakeholders, contributing to their overall success and growth. The website proved to be a powerful tool in supporting their mission and reaching out to those in need.

Collaborating with Roger and his team on this project was both fulfilling and impactful. By creating an engaging website, we successfully helped the New Foundation Community Chaplaincy expand their reach and amplify their message.
