• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings, workshops, bid
meetings in order to achieve consensus between relevant government institutions and
stakeholders.
• Documenting, monitoring, reporting and following up on important actions and
decisions from meetings to ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best
solution.
• Coordinating with local and foreign experts on their requirement in GIS mapping and
GPS data collecting, data analyzing and database management
• Assisting project manager to maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules,
budgets and expenditures.
• Preparing, maintain GIS data base for social/environmental and urban master plans,
screening reports and surveys.
• Arranging stakeholder meetings in order to achieve consensus between relevant
government institutions.
• Arranging local coordination committee meetings, preparation of meeting minutes
and monthly reports to reach better communication among project participants.
• Arranged and engaged in pre bid meetings and bid opening for relevant sub project
requirements. Preparation of pre bid minutes.
• Use of ArcGIS, Microsoft applications and Google earth, Autodesk Revit applications
for database preparation, spatial representation of ideas, concepts, outcomes and to
support the Implementation of operational strategies.
• Overall project coordination tasks include office administration activities, logistic
arrangements, acted as the communication link and liaising with local and
international team members and the project manager at head office.
